What do you do with customers' personal information?

We keep all customer information strictly confidential. We do not use your information for any purpose other than to complete your transaction. We never sell, distribute or otherwise provide customer information to any one for any reason.

Will my order be shipped confidentially and discreetly?

We ship all orders in plain brown boxes or boxes supplied by the USPS or UPS. There are no external markings that would give away the contents of the package. The return address on each package reads: "SOTW, Inc., 300 E. Oakland Park Blvd. #323., Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33334."

Will my order be billed discreetly?

Yes. Your credit card statement will show a charge from "SOTW, Inc."

When will my package arrive?

We ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders usually take about one business day to process and ship. Only occasionally will an item will be out of stock and/or back ordered. We generally receive new shipments from the manufacturers within a few days, and orders containing backordered items are shipped as soon as the new shipments arrive.

How can I check my order status?

Your order status is available on our order status website, located at www.things4all.com.  Please be aware that your order will not show up on our order status website until your payment has been processed. Payment and order processing hours are M-F, 9 AM to 3 PM EST Eastern Standard Time.

Where can I find my order ID?

Your order ID (or order number) can be found on the receipt page and or on your order confirmation email. On the order confirmation email, the order ID is located just below your billing name and address, and above the subtotal, taxes, shipping and grand total amounts.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely - if it hasn't already been shipped. If you would like us to cancel an order please send us an email immediately with your cancellation request. Don't forget to include your name and order ID. If our warehouse has not shipped your items we can cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return the package to us. If your package is returned to us you will be reimbursed for the price of your items, minus a 30% restocking fee.

What is your product return policy?

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. To that end we offer a complete satisfaction return policy that allows our customers to request returns within 30 days from the purchase date.
